Operating from a depot in Elgin, the Eagle Cap Excursion Train is a scenic train that follows the shores of the beautiful Grande Ronde and Wallowa Rivers in Northeast Oregon. Equipment is restored 1940-vintage diesal passenger cars and 1950s engines and caboose.
