Agenda: 9 am – 10 am • Board meeting 10:30 am – 11 am • Registration 11 am – 11:15 am • Welcome 11:15 am – 11:25 am • Travel Portland update 11:25 am – 11:35 am • Travel Oregon update 11:35 am – 11:50 am • OTTA update 11:50 am – 12 pm • Questions from audience 12 pm – 12:30 pm • Speaker 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm • Lunch 1:30 pm – 2 pm • Networking Exercise:
  1. 30-Second Member Micro-Pitches (15 mins): Allow 10–12 attendees to briefly share one new product, room renovation, or upcoming event.
  2. “Pass the Card” Challenge (10 mins): Direct attendees to swap business cards with at least three people from a region or sector they don’t normally work with.
  3. Closing Remarks & Door Prizes (5 mins): Announce the location/date of the next OTTA gathering and draw for a donated gift basket or hotel stay.
